Project Description:
Amidst the exponential growth of instantaneous global telecommunications
technologies, we are experiencing an unprecedented shift in our
relationship to time and space. Communication is no longer dictated by
traditional paradigms of leaving and arriving in space, but rather by
the speed of information exchange of in real time. This trend is altering
what it means to be "here" and "now." The goal of my telecommunications
project was to examine our present definitions of time and space and to
suggest new relationships and definitions within an interactive
environment.
