[Honor Harger] is the co-founders of r a d i o q u a l i a with Adam Hyde. She is an artistic practitioner working with design, curation and art-making, and has a particular interest in artistic uses of new technologies. She was working for Tate Modern in London, UK, as the Webcasting Curator, from 2000 to 2003.

[DeeDee Halleck] is a media activist and founder of Paper Tiger Television and co-founder of the Deep Dish Satellite Network. She taught communications at the University of California, San Diego, made her own films and videos, and wrote books while playing many important parts in freedom of media and expression.

[Olga Shishko] has been active in curating MediaArtLab as a specialist in new technology art and coordinating many important events such as Da-Da-Net Festival and Contemporary Art on the Internet in Moscow.

[Elisabeth Zimmermann] has been challengingly producing and organizing numerous important programs in radio art, sound art and experimental arts. She is most active as the producer of Knstradio, Viena, one of the best radio station of radio/sound art in Europe.

[Shu Lea Cheang] has often been described as a "digital nomad." After she was internationally acclaimed as a New York-based video/filmmaker, she has been producing many works addressing issues such as gender and race politics, technology, and sexuality in such exhibitions as Venice Biennale, Whiteney Museum, and Wexner Center for the Arts.
